To produce high-quality, highly-filled PE pellets, the configuration of process parameters is equally critical alongside the equipment itself:

Temperature Control: Melt section temperatures are maintained above the base material's melting point to ensure complete PE resin fusion, enabling uniform filler distribution.

Screw Configuration: A rational sequence of screw elements is designed based on the characteristics of both PE and fillers to enhance operational efficiency.

Feeding Method: A 'starvation feeding' approach is employed, wherein feed rate and main unit speed are independently controlled. This enables precise regulation of material residence time within the screw and filling degree, thereby enhancing overall process efficiency.

Our components are manufactured from advanced wear-resistant materials, extending service life under severe filler abrasion. Through optimised screw configurations, we deliver robust distribution and dispersion mixing capabilities, ensuring high-filler-content compounds achieve ideal dispersion within the PE matrix.
